Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Mr Naga Physics LTD collects and uses personal information when you use the Mr Naga Physics website at mrnagaphysics.app.

This policy only covers the website and online course platform. If a parent or student separately signs up for tuition services and chooses to share additional information, that information is handled separately from this website privacy policy.

1. Who we are

The website is operated by:

  • Mr Naga Physics LTD
  • Company number: 14983421
  • Registered office: Unit A 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE
  • Registered in: England and Wales

You can contact us about privacy, data protection, account deletion or complaints at: info@mrnagaphysics.co.uk

2. What information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to provide access to the website and course materials.

When you register for an account, we collect:

  • your email address;
  • a randomly assigned username linked to your account;
  • the course you are using, such as GCSE or A-level;
  • your exam board, such as AQA or OCR;
  • your progress through the course materials;
  • your quiz answers and quiz results;
  • your typed worksheet answers;
  • information about which videos, quizzes, worksheets or course materials you have completed.

We do not collect student names as part of the website registration process. We do not collect phone numbers through the website.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the website, such as health information, religious beliefs, political views or other special category data.

Students should not type unnecessary personal information into worksheet answers, quiz responses or other answer boxes.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • create and manage your account;
  • allow you to access GCSE or A-level Physics course materials;
  • show your progress through videos, quizzes and worksheets;
  • save your answers and quiz results;
  • help you continue from where you left off;
  • support students using the course;
  • improve the course materials and learning experience;
  • keep the website secure;
  • respond to support requests, complaints or privacy requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Our lawful basis for using your information

Under UK data protection law, we need a lawful basis to use personal information.

We usually rely on:

  • Contract — We use your email address, course information, exam board and progress data so that we can provide the website account and course materials you have signed up to use.
  • Legitimate interests — We may use limited information to keep the website secure, fix technical issues, improve the course, understand how the course is being used, and respond to support requests. We only do this where it is reasonable and does not override your rights.
  • Legal obligation — If we are required to keep certain records for legal, tax or regulatory reasons, we may process information where necessary to meet those obligations.

5. Children and young people

The website is designed for GCSE and A-level Physics students. This means it may be used by students under 18.

We aim to protect younger users by:

  • collecting only the information needed to provide the course;
  • not asking for student names during website registration;
  • assigning random usernames to accounts;
  • keeping student progress private;
  • not making student answers, scores or progress publicly visible;
  • allowing account deletion through the account settings;
  • allowing students or parents/carers to contact us at info@mrnagaphysics.co.uk with privacy requests or concerns.

Students should keep their login details private and should not share their account with others.

6. Typed answers, quizzes and progress data

When students complete quizzes or type answers into the website, we store those responses so that progress can be saved and the course can work properly.

This may include:

  • answers typed into worksheet boxes;
  • quiz responses;
  • quiz scores;
  • completion status;
  • course progress.

Students should only enter information needed to answer the learning task. They should not include private personal details in their answers.

7. Who we share information with

We do not sell personal data.

We may use trusted service providers where needed to operate the website and provide learning content. These may include:

  • Base44, which is used to build and operate the website platform;
  • website hosting, database, authentication or storage providers connected to the platform;
  • YouTube, where videos are embedded or linked;
  • Zoom, where live lessons or online sessions are accessed separately;
  • email or technical service providers if needed to operate accounts or respond to support requests.

These providers may process limited information as part of providing their services. We only use them where needed to run the website, deliver course materials, keep the website secure or provide support.

Base44 may use its own technical systems and service providers to operate the platform. Its own privacy and data processing terms may also apply to how it provides services to us.

If you click on, view, or use a third-party service such as YouTube or Zoom, that service may also collect and use information under its own privacy policy.

8. Cookies, analytics and similar technologies

The website may use essential cookies or similar technologies to keep you logged in, keep your account secure and make the website work properly.

At the moment, Mr Naga Physics LTD does not intentionally use its own analytics tools, advertising pixels or marketing tracking cookies on the website.

However, the website is built and operated using Base44, and Base44 or other technical service providers may collect limited technical or usage information as part of operating, securing and improving the platform.

If we add our own non-essential analytics, advertising or tracking tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

You can usually control cookies through your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the website from working properly.

9. How long we keep your information

We keep your account information and course progress while your account is active.

If you delete your account through the website settings, your account and course progress will be deleted from the active website system.

Some information may remain temporarily in secure technical backups before being deleted through the normal backup cycle. Backup copies may be kept for up to 12 months.

Backup copies are kept for security, recovery and technical continuity reasons. They are not used for normal account activity unless a backup needs to be restored for security or technical reasons.

If any information needs to be kept for legal, security or accounting reasons, we will only keep it for as long as necessary.

10. Account deletion

Students can delete their account through the website settings.

You can also contact us at: info@mrnagaphysics.co.uk

You can use this email to ask us to delete your account, access your data, correct information, raise a complaint or ask a privacy question.

We may need to verify that the request is genuine before making changes to an account.

11. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you may have the right to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate information;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • ask us to restrict how we use your information;
  • object to certain uses of your information;
  • ask for a copy of your information;
  • complain about how your information has been handled.

To make a request, contact: info@mrnagaphysics.co.uk

12. Complaints

If you have a concern about how your information has been handled, please contact us first at: info@mrnagaphysics.co.uk

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office, which is the UK regulator for data protection.

13. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect account information and course progress data.

This includes using secure website systems, limiting access to account information, and using trusted service providers to operate the platform.

Students should keep their login details private and should not share their account with others.

14. Tuition services

This Privacy Policy only covers use of the Mr Naga Physics website and online course platform.

If a parent, carer or student separately signs up for tuition services, they may choose to share additional information, such as student name, parent/carer contact details, phone number, lesson information, learning needs, payment information or communication through email, Zoom or messaging services.

That information is treated separately from this website privacy policy and should be covered by a separate tuition privacy notice.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make important changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, explain the changes clearly on the website.
